The CompactLine: excellent in asphalt and soil compaction
They are economical, offer a high compaction performance plus perfect ergonomic design – the tandem roller of HAMM's CompactLine. The series comprises 10 machines in all, with operating weights ranging between 1.4 and 4.2 t and working widths of 0.8 to 1.43 m.

Successful asphalt compaction

The rollers of the 2.5 and 4 t classes in particular (HD 10 VV, HD 12 VV, HD 13 VV and HD 14 VV) are also ideal for compacting open-poured asphalts such as OPA. During dynamic compaction with vibration, the machine's exceedingly high compacting power is most impressive, being considerably higher than that of other rollers in this class.

Excellent for sports field construction and landscaping applications
The CompactLine has been quick to win the enthusiasm of users in the sports field construction and landscaping sectors, for example Düsseldorfer Winning GmbH, which specialises in constructing and remodelling sports fields. It successfully uses the HAMM Roller HD 10 C VV for tasks including the compaction of base courses in the edge sections of sports fields. Another typical application is smoothing surfaces immediately before producing the elastic base courses beneath synthetic turf.
The CompactLine rollers are also economical and efficient in the construction of water-bound pavements for paths in gardens, parks or on golf courses, for example. They can even completely compact meandering paths with tight radii, for the 3-point pivot steering offers excellent driving and steering features, outstanding stability on bends and a high resistance to tipping.
